Diagknows exists to support your infrastructure, in a nut shell that is it. We look after your day to day IT requirements and do it with a smile and a whole lot of character. We provide support to sole traders with a laptop and Internet connection through to medium size enterprises with oodles of servers, employees and serious complexity.
The support requirements are wide-ranging both in technical scope and frequency for such a varied selection of businesses and Diagknows tailors each support agreement to the clients’ own needs.
We offer two kinds of agreement; Monthly Support and Ad Hoc Support but how they look depends on the client size, shape and culture. In a Monthly Support agreement the client commits to purchasing a number of credits up front per month and attracts a discount for doing so. In an Ad Hoc agreement the client is charged at the end of the month depending on their actual usage that month.
Diagknows uses the concept of credits to allow all clients’ access to Support and Consultancy services in one agreement. This table explains it best:
These costs are all based on the work of a single Diagknows consultant, when migrations take place and require multiple consultants, the costs simply multiply by the number of consultants. Clear as mud? Thought so!
Diagknows does not charge retainers – you only pay for what you use, so 2 hours 25 minutes support is charged as such, not 2.5 or 3 credits.
What do we include in IT Support? Everything that is not IT Consultancy.
