Diagknows, as you would expect, looks after a whole multitude of technology but being confirmed geeks this does not phase us, rather it excites us! It has to be said that we like some technology more than others and there are even items we loath but sacrificially we look after it for our clients.
Diagknows looks after server software, desktop software, cloud services, mobile and oodles of devices that connect, create, output or input. In essence Diagknows looks after all of our client’s technology – directly for the most part but also by managing third party support companies.
Diagknows diagnoses (always wanted to say that!) hardware faults but does not get out the screwdrivers to take your printer to bits. We do the job of discerning where the problem lies (software drivers or hardware itself) then advise on the appropriate action.
Now it has to be said that making this section easy for the layman to read is tough so there are good few {tech tips} with further detail in the Technology pages.
